Learning Format Options

Saint Leo University utilizes a variety of learning formats and programs to develop workforce educational solutions. Here are just a few examples.

Certificate Programs

Certificate programs offer a quick and convenient way to help employees learn new skills and address skills gaps. Certificate programs can be taught online or in-person and feature content relevant to the business or organization. Employees receive a certificate and digital badge upon completion to validate their new competency.

Workshops & Seminars

University subject-matter experts, seasoned curriculum developers, and master trainers work in concert with employers to create customized development solutions. Programs can range from branded onboarding workshops to specialized leadership development opportunities for new leaders, emerging executives, and the c-suite.

Simulated Learning

Simulation experiences are designed to provide a hands-on opportunity to respond to common and specialized professional challenges. A range of realistic animated environments and characters portrayed by live actors help create a real-world feel. Simulated experiences can be delivered for a range of business environments and scenarios, including managing a difficult conversation, conducting an interview, delivering a performance appraisal, and making a sales pitch.

Degree Program Cohorts

The university designs small learning cohorts with a minimum of 15 students for businesses and organizations that wish to support employees in pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree. The cohort provides a supportive and flexible learning environment for both the student and the employer.
