HR Boot Camp Certification

HR BOOT CAMP CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP

This workshop is designed for those who would like to pursue professional HR credentials (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).  This eight-week, instructor-led course is designed to assist human resource professionals in passing HR credential exams. Facilitated by Dr. Sheri Bias, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, this course provides the opportunity for participants to engage with the materials and instructor to build the knowledge, skills, and abilities for successful test preparations.

  • Test tips and tricks from a previous item writer for the exams
  • Hundreds of exam practice questions to gauge understanding and preparedness
  • Access to online certification materials (hard copies may be purchased additionally)

Registration Information:

This workshop begins on May 6 and will be held on Monday nights from 6 to 9 p EST for eight weeks.
The rate is $1,500 per student, which includes the facilitated course and access to HRCP materials online. A hard copy of the materials may be purchased for an additional fee and can be coordinated after registration.

About The Instructor:

Dr. Sheri K. Bias has been a faculty member at Saint Leo University for more than 25 years.  She earned the SPHR and SHRM-SCP credentials and was formerly an item writer for both exams through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Bias has many years of HR experience having worked for organizations such as NASA Langley Research Center, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Anheuser Busch, Philip Morris and several educational organizations. She holds a doctoral degree in human and organization systems from Fielding Graduate University; a master's degree in business administration from The College of William and Mary; and a master's degree in human resource development from George Washington University.
