Creative Writing Microcredential

This micro-credential allows enrichment seekers not currently enrolled in Saint Leo’s Creative Writing MA to participate in the program’s annual week-long Summer Residency alongside graduate students with a focus on personal development. The residency is an immersive and community-oriented retreat with daily morning workshops, afternoon craft talks led by distinguished visiting writers, and opportunities to share writing-in-progress. Though participants will submit original creative writing in either Fiction, Creative Nonfiction, or Poetry, they will learn about all three genres, as well as the editing and publishing world of creative writing.
